WATSONVILLE — Thomas Lee Johnson died on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017. He was 60.

Mr. Johnson was born on Aug. 12, 1957 to Willie and Bob Johnson in Farmersville, Calif. He attended local schools in Farmersville. He worked for 19 years for Couch Distributing, and also at Dick Shaw. In 2001, Mr. Johnson and his wife Rita moved to Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his only child, Thomas Lee Johnson Jr.; siblings, Bill Turner and Rick Johnson, Betty, Shirley and Karen; two goddaughters; his wife’s family, David, John and Frank Espinoza and Ophelia, Donna and Michael Contreras; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Espinoza Johnson; parents; and siblings, Dave Turner and John Moore.

Memorial service will be Jan. 5 at 1 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene on Green Valley Road in Watsonville.
