The CHP said a male driver was traveling south on Highway 1 around noon in a Rialto recreational vehicle. As he approached Airport Boulevard, a tire blew out, causing the Rialto to swerve from the fast lane across the slow lane and crash through a guardrail before knocking over a tree and turning over on a steep hillside.
