Mary Vranjes died on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018 at home with her husband of 57 years and their sons at her side.
She was a native of Croatia and a longtime resident of Aptos. She was the owner and operator of Mary’s Beauty Salon for many years. She was also employed by the Pajaro Valley Unified School District.
She is survived by her husband, Milan Vranjes; three sons, Mark Vranjes, Paul Vranjes and Matthew Vranjes; one granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service. The family is encouraging those that would like to make a donation to do so to Hospice of Santa Cruz.
