Erma J. Moniz passed away peacefully in her sleep in Watsonville on Oct. 18, 2018. She was 91.
Born to Joseph and Rose Moniz in 1927, she was the baby of 10 children. She worked in various rose nurseries before moving to Watsonville to be with her sister Florence. They enjoyed traveling together. She will always be remembered as sweet Auntie Erma.
Erma is survived by her sister-in-law Capi Moniz, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Interment ceremony at the mausoleum will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 7th at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
Mehl’s Colonial Chapel has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
