John Wayne DeMoss died in Sept. 6, surrounded by his family.
Mr. DeMoss was a man of many wonderful traits. He was a special forces green beret and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was also a great golfer and story teller.
Mr. DeMoss is survived by his wife, Genevieve, and children Jamie, Heather and Allison. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Sept.16 at 11 a.m. at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park, 127 Hecker Pass Road in Watsonville.
